I coordinate with all members of your vendor team to ensure a seamless experience from the walk down the aisle to the Grand Finale.

I perform in a style that matches the tone you want to set, and I interact with your guests in a manner that ensures their participation and enjoyment throughout the wedding event. You do not have to worry about the unexpected, that’s my job. I have learned from years of experience to be prepared for the unexpected so I have backups for the backup equipment.
It’s my job to make sure that your wedding is exactly as you envision. We will need to spend time together communicating. We can use the medium that is best for you: phone, face-to-face, email, Skype, Zoom, text messaging, etc.

That purpose is to make your guests feel as they are a part of your love story and wedding celebration. Curated music selections, thoughtful traditions, and tasteful interaction are just a few of the ways I accomplish that goal.

Your creative ideas for the wedding and my 20+ years of experience are the foundation for us to plan the event, do what is planned, check that it is on track, and act to adjust the plan when needed.

I know that everyone will want to feel included in this experience.
Your guests will hear every word of love and every emotion that happens during your ceremony.
But more than that, I can create a multi-track recording of your vows for your first dance that relives the ceremony’s moment and sets the mood for your reception.
If you choose, I will also coordinate the integration of the audio recording with the photographer and/or videographer to create a special recording for you.
Cocktail hour is a time for your guests to connect, relax, and mingle. The music played during this time provides the soundtrack and sets the mood for the whole evening. I truly believe there is no such thing as background music and the belief is reflected in how I approach this often-overlooked time. With over 100 curated ideas lists, I weave your selections in with songs your guests know and love.
The cocktail hour music is chosen for your guests to connect, relax, and mingle. I have a deep library of Custom and Curated Music to match many tastes and set the mood and tone for the cocktail hour and the ensuing reception. But, remember that there are no rules. We will use our creativity and experience to provide the right type of music that fits your style.

Imagine sharing your first dance as a married couple in front of all your family and friends, as your wedding vows from just moments ago play over the speakers. This a truly experience and leaves a lasting memory with everyone in attendance.
Together, we will plan your reception entrance for you and your wedding party. It is the very first time that you will be introduced as a married couple. I will manage the process so each party hits their mark as we choreographed because timing here is essential. We will create the entrance order and be sure that each person’s name is properly pronounced.
Typically, one song is selected for the entire bridal party entrance, with the second song being played for just the wedding couple’s entrance. Or we can plan to personalize each party’s entrance. Of course, we will use our imaginations to make this a time of love and celebration.
