The pre-event planning for your wedding is one of the most important aspects of working with Moments & Memories. We are available to answer any questions that you may have about planning your wedding.
Discovery Meeting (approx 90 minutes, via Zoom or in-person) – This happens before you book. You tell us your vision for your wedding, and we work out which services would be necessary to fulfill your dreams.
Primary Planning Meeting (approx 2 hours, via Zoom or in-person) – This happens approximately 6 weeks before your wedding. We will cover your wedding outline, names & pronunciations of VIP guests & wedding party members. Couples find this planning session to be a very thorough look at their day, and it is a lot of fun visualizing what is going to happen and see it come to life.
Final Confirmation (email and/or 10-minute phone call) – 7 to 10 days before your wedding, you will receive the final itinerary and outline for your day. This will confirm everything we have planned together, and be the blueprint for success for your wedding day.
